1. General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and djbet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing https://djbet.im, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

djbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the djbet platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 1.1 Scope of These Terms

1.2 Governing Language

The djbet platform operates as an English-language service targeting the English-speaking segment of the Bangladeshi online gambling market. 2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To access betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal functions on djbet, you must register a valid account. 2.1 Age Requirement

Where duplicate accounts are identified, djbet will permanently suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals held within them.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

2.5 Account Credentials

3.5 Transaction Currencies

All transactions on djbet are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). djbet does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any conversion fees applied by your bank, card network, or mobile financial service provider are outside djbet's control and are the player's responsibility.

3.6 Prohibited Transaction Sources

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the account holder's own name. djbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or from accounts held in a business name. Any deposit identified as originating from a prohibited source will be returned (minus any transaction fees) and the account placed under review.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

djbet offers a range of promotions, bonuses, and incentive programmes to registered members. The following general conditions apply to all djbet promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds issued by djbet — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers — are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. 4.2 Bonus Eligibility

4.3 Prohibited Bonus Activity

Where bonus abuse is identified, djbet reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void all associated winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

4.4 Promotion Modifications

djbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and begun satisfying the terms, djbet will honour the original terms for that player's active bonus period.

5. User Obligations & Conduct

By using djbet, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm other players, djbet staff, or the integrity of the platform. The following obligations apply to all registered members at all times.

5.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the djbet platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use djbet to facilitate money laundering, tax evasion, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. djbet cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities where required.

5.2 Accurate Information

You must not provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information to djbet at any point — including during registration, KYC verification, bonus claims, support interactions, or withdrawal requests. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5.3 No Automated Systems

You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence systems, or other technological tools to interact with the djbet platform in a manner not permitted by these Terms. This includes automated betting systems, game-play bots, and any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

5.4 Fair Play

You must not engage in match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that compromises the fairness and integrity of sporting events or casino games available on djbet. djbet employs monitoring tools to detect irregular betting patterns and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where suspicious activity is identified.

5.5 Responsible Use

djbet strongly encourages responsible gambling. 6. Account Suspension & Closure

djbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action without prior warning to the account holder.

6.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false or misleading registration or KYC information
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
• Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
• Use of prohibited automated betting software or bots
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at djbet support staff or other platform users
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age
• Account holder's self-exclusion request
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months

6.2 Effect of Closure on Funds

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the account holder, djbet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances not associated with bonus abuse will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and fraud review. Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily or via self-exclusion, real-money funds will be returned promptly upon request.

6.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your djbet account at any time by contacting the support team via the 24/7 live chat. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance should be withdrawn. djbet will process voluntary closure requests within 48 hours of receipt.

6.4 Inactive Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as inactive. djbet may apply a monthly inactivity maintenance fee of ৳50 (or the remaining balance if lower) to inactive accounts after the initial 12-month period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. To reactivate an inactive account, simply log in and complete any pending KYC requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the djbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of djbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.1 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the djbet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any djbet content.

7.2 Prohibited Use

You must not copy, scrape, mirror, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the djbet platform without prior written authorisation from djbet. Systematic extraction of data from the djbet platform using automated tools — including web scrapers, crawlers, or data harvesting scripts — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7.3 Third-Party Game Content

Games available in the djbet lobby are provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, JILI, and CQ9. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios. djbet does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Interruptions

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you deposit and wager on djbet. djbet is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by players using the platform. You are solely responsible for the betting and gaming decisions you make.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, djbet's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their djbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless djbet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
